The next board meeting will be held on Sat 2/28/2026 at 10 AM at Grand Ma's House across from the park.
The Del Mar Board of Directors is always looking for help. If you are interested in serving the community by helping the committees manage our Del Mar community affairs please contact us at delmaroa@easyhoa.email or on the webapp (Resident Login top right corner) - Login and cllick "Requests".

Del Mar is located in Henderson County, in the city of Payne Springs, and on the water of Cedar Creek Lake. We are a built-on site community with Deed Restrictions and Bylaws in place, found on the documents page. We have a lovely community including a park, pavilion, and a private boat ramp with a fishing pier. All new builds, additions, and changes to any current house/property needs to submit an architectural form and retain a permit from the City of Payne Springs before starting your project. Come and enjoy our amazing lake life neighborhood.
