We are happy to report that the boat ramp key system is working great. It is time to exchange your 2024 key for a 2025 key. There will be no charge when you exchange your key, but new keys will be $30.
You may exchange or purchase your key from Marion Karacson: 832-740-2882 or Steve Warneke: 817-800-0113.
Del Mar is located in Henderson County, in the city of Payne Springs, and on the water of Cedar Creek Lake. We are a built-on site community with Deed Restrictions and Bylaws in place, found on the documents page. We have a lovely community including a park, pavilion, and a private boat ramp with a fishing pier. All new builds, additions, and changes to any current house/property needs to submit an architectural form and retain a permit from the City of Payne Springs before starting your project. Come and enjoy our amazing lake life neighborhood.
